VEGAS (November 9, 2022) – The Vegas Golden Knights announced today, November 9, a multi-year partnership agreement with Veteran Benefits Guide, a Vegas-born veteran-owned business that provides guidance to U.S. Military Veterans by providing them with the tools and resources needed to apply for VA Disability Compensation claims or to increase their current VA Disability benefits.

“I am immensely proud of this partnership with Veteran Benefits Guide,” said Alain Monroy, VGK Director of Global Partnerships and former Captain, U.S. Army. “As a military veteran, I know personally how important this organization is to the veteran community. It’s an honor and privilege to highlight all the great work this company does for those that have served and sacrificed so much for our country.”

As official partners of the Vegas Golden Knights, the organization will also sponsor the “National Anthem Salute to Service” to recognize a veteran for their service who will stand alongside the Team National Anthem singer for twenty Golden Knights home games throughout the season, and will be the presenting sponsor of a Military Suite filled with decorated service members and Veterans during Vegas’ Military Appreciation Knight on November 12 with food and beverage included. “VBG is extremely excited to partner with the Vegas Golden Knights given how much the organization does for the veteran community throughout the state of Nevada,” explained Veteran Benefits Guide’s CEO and United States Marine Corps Veteran Josh Smith. “We look forward to working with the team to continue honoring our veterans and serving those who have served this great nation.
